These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website or place an order through it. Please read them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Shipping & Delivery policy, before ordering.
Products
All Secret de Feu fragrances are:
- Parfum concentration (30%)
- Vegan and cruelty-free
- Produced in accordance with IFRA standards
Due to the artisanal nature of fragrance, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur and do not constitute a fault.
Product descriptions
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look different from one screen to another.
Prices
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
- AHMCR LIMITED trading as Secret de Feu is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our prices
- Shipping charges are not included in product prices. Applicable shipping charges will be shown before you place your order and will depend on your delivery destination and order.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time
Ordering
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud or pricing errors).
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. The payment methods available are shown at checkout and may include card payments, Klarna, and other secure checkout providers.
Delivery and shipping
Any applicable shipping charge will be shown before you place your order. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
