Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not replace or reduce those rights. Where consumer law gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights apply.
Unopened products
You may return an unused and unopened fragrance within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions:
- Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Opened products
Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
