RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns & Refunds Policy – Secret de Feu
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, our policy is as follows:
1. Unopened Products
You may return an unused and unopened fragrance within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions:
• Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
2. Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or refunded, unless proved faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund
4. Refund Processing
“Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days”
