When you place an order

At checkout we ask for:

• your first and last name
• company name (optional)
• country, address, town or city, county and postcode
• email address
• phone number
• a separate delivery address, if you want your order sent to a different address, with a phone number for delivery
• order notes (optional)
• the details of your order

Each order record also includes the IP address, and the browser and device details, from which the order was placed.

When you pay

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. The payment methods offered at checkout are provided through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

Stripe also provides fraud and bot protection for payments. As part of that protection, Stripe may load hCaptcha, a third-party service, on the Basket and Checkout pages. Please see our Cookie Policy for the cookies involved.

When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry and your message. The message is stored on our website and sent to us by email. The stored record includes the IP address from which the form was sent. If you email us directly, we receive the correspondence you send.

When you sign up for emails

If you subscribe to our Exclusive Offers communications, we will use the email address you provide to send the communications you have requested. Sign-up email addresses are stored on our website. The stored record includes the IP address from which the sign-up was sent.
